    Drumscapes is the solo multi percussion project of Jon Sterckx, UK percussionist. Jon has been creating Drumscapes since 2006 using a range of acoustic percussion instruments, vocal percussion & digital audio processing, Drumscapes range from highly energised rhythmical journeys to atmospheric percussion soundscapes.

    The Drumscapes tracks on this CD all began as live sampling performances with all instruments played, sampled and processed on stage. The CD tracks were recorded as played in a live performance.

Drumscapes is the solo live looping performance project by world music percussionist Jon Sterckx. Jon has been performing Drumscapes multi percussion performances since 2006, with performances at 2 TED events, WOMAD Festival, London International Arts festival, Musicport Festival, and many others. Jon's Drumscapes performances have also been featured by music software company Ableton.
